What and who is the New York State Council? I'm sure many of you may not be aware and have this question. New York State is split into six ASCE sections: Mohawk-Hudson (including the Mid-Hudson Branch), Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Ithaca, and Metropolitan (including the Lower Hudson Valley and Long Island Branches).
